2017 Terrain bought from Brad and Joe. We had been looking at 2015/2016 used. We went in to the dealership to weigh pros and cons to new vs. used. Brad was introduced to us by the Manager. We had been looking at 2015/2016 used. We went in to the dealership to weigh pros and cons to new vs. used. Brad was introduced to us by the Manager. He told us that he was training a new salesman and asked if we minded. They were both very knowledgeable. After a short conversation of wants and needs Brad checked inventory and found two that we thought were what we wanted to test drive. We decided upon driving the vehicle we wanted to talk price. We crunched numbers and decided this was the best for our buck. They both were very personable and made us feel very welcome and not in a rush to make a sale. When all the paperwork was finished, Brad set my phone up with the McDonald App. We went out they walked us through step by step to make sure we understood everything the vehicle had to offer. While this is being addressed, we forged ahead with the purchase and had a pleasant experience with Finance. And in our circumstances, at the time of the test drive, it was suspected the vehicle required attention to the tires. This was realized after taking possession of the vehicle which had us back to the dealership the very next day to visit the Service Dept. The service waiting area and parts Dept are set in a great setting. Loved the character of each space. We found the service personnel to be great to work with too.
