I was very scared at first but she made me feel very comfortable and went over everything with me so that i understood every step. i fell in love with the car and she made it easy for me to leave with the vehicle that day. Grandma's indecision. I went to this dealership "just looking". Two weeks before my visit, my 2013 Honda Pilot got t-boned and was a total loss. Brad came right up to me when I walked in. He asked what was I looking for, and I explained my situation. I wanted something like my Honda, or Exended Chevy Blazer. I was interested in the GMC Acadia. Brad had me sit in both vehicles, adj. the mirrors, and check my visibility. I liked the Acadia Limited more than the Acadia because it sits higher and is larger. He had me take a test drive and I fell in love with the vehicle. The color was perfect, and so were all of the options. He offered me a very good deal and after a few tears, I said OK.
