Dropped down to 2 stars, what happened? I've owned 4 New Dodge Rams for 16 years (trade in every 4 years). LOYAL DODGE RAM OWNER...I wanted to refinance my current 2013 Ram but was turned do I've owned 4 New Dodge Rams for 16 years (trade in every 4 years). LOYAL DODGE RAM OWNER...I wanted to refinance my current 2013 Ram but was turned down by Chrysler Fiance even though I never missed a payment in 28 months. McDonalds contacted me via a sales flier, even though I was reluctant to call them. I figured I would give it a try. Well, 'I'm now leasing a new 2016 Sierra Elevation. I'm very happy and it's a nice truck. I wanted a cheaper payment, Update: 3-18-19,,. Bad idea getting a lease for my type of job. I'm 4,500 miles over my limit. With 5 months to go my lease contract. This same dealership will not help me get out of this lease, either by a new new truck, used truck, or even buying my lease out. Had to start searching for other dealerships to help me. I guess if you're not buying/leasing a new a truck, your not worth there time. Commission checks are more important than customer service. More

Excellent service We had been looking for a vehicle and weren't sure what we wanted to get and McDonald's dealership made our decision very easy. We weren't obligated to purchase it but he wanted to make sure we were satisfied with our decision.
