We had a great experience purchasing our 2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. We felt relaxed and non-pressured. Torii Beeding (Sales) was awesome! Very knowledgable and patient. MacDonald Hyudai was everything I could have wanted in a car buying experience. I had a most unfortunate afternoon at a dealership here in Albuquerque, NM. I went online and TJ answered the call. I got exactly the vehicle I wanted at an incredible price. I had to fly to Denver and drive my new Elantra back to NM, but it was well worth the effort. I love the car. The only thing better than the car is the service I received from TJ, Omar and the MacDonald team. If you are looking for a high quality vehicle at a great price and customer service to match, I heartily recommend TJ Kelly at MacDonald Hyundai in Littleton. The morning I arrived to pick up my Elantra TJ was front and center with all the paperwork ready to go. He took great care to show me all the features of the car, yet I was still only at the dealership for about an hour. That was very important to me since I was going to have to drive 400 miles back home the same day. I had heard horror stories in dealing with car salesmen from my friends, but it wasn't my experience, until I entered the McDonald dealership. This was the worst experience ever. The price I was given from my friends, but it wasn't my experience, until I entered the McDonald dealership. This was the worst experience ever. The price I was given during the negotiation period was greater than the advertized price. In addition, I overheard the salesperson in the hallway saying that he didn't like me, and didn't want to work with me. Really? I was in tears on the way home. More
