Our sales representative; Michael Vang was fantastic. He went through the details of the Costco Auto Program with us. He listened to our wants and needs for the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. With his help we found the perfect SUV. Alex Dryer was great; took a bit longer than expected to get to meet with the finance department so we could do the financing; but found out it's because he was the only one in the finance department that day as a co-worker was on vacation for the next 3 weeks. We also had a great experience with the individual helping with financing and closing (sorry forgot his name..Alex?) We had some interaction with Ryan as well and he was very accommodating. Unfortunately we had to bring the vehicle back at 500 miles for what ended up being a dead battery (on a new car??, really??). We had a terrible experience with the personnel in the service area. My ratings below are only the result of the poor experience with the service area. More
