I am sorry to hear of your experience, but I feel compelled to address some of your claims publicly to defend the good name of McDonald Hyundai. It is not the intention ever of McDonald to sell cars to customers with the express purpose of "Ripping Them Off". Nor does McDonald Hyundai engage in the practice of "Bait and Switch". The vehicle you intended to purchase did not exist in our inventory, it was not then or ever a vehicle that was advertised by our company as being in inventory or available for sale. When you requested the vehicle you desired the new car manager, Dave Young, offered to go get you the vehicle you wanted or provided an alternative choice. The new car sales manager worked with you personally and showed you the difference in vehicles, the equipment and the associated cost difference of the two units. You agreed to the alternative choice. All numbers and figures are provided in detail and fully disclaimed upfront prior to any finalization of the automotive purchase. The option of rebates or low interest rates are provided by Hyundai Motor Company and it is a choice of one or the other. They cannot be combined. Our new car manager has reached out to you and spoken to you personally to address your concerns. As of this date he is awaiting your return call. McDonald Hyundai takes pride in the manner that it conducts business- upfront and honest. We have built our reputation on transparency and open communication to ensure that our clients understand what they are getting for their hard earned dollars. We look forward to hearing from you. I am sorry to ever have purchased from your dealership and your comment on the choice of rebates makes no sense, as I was not given any choices! The sheet that had the numbers on them I asked to have just as they gave me the first one, and I was told "no". I have left two messages for Mr. Young and called again to only get his voice mail and have not had any returned call from him, so don't tell me he is waiting my call. Additionally, you have not even addressed the missing cargo tray or the fact that I have warm heat coming out when it's 19 degrees out.
