As always the service was great. My dissatisfication came from toyota or the service department themselves. My 25 Tacoma has 30000 highway. Miles on it. Currently, 15000 miles ago. My dissatisfication came from toyota or the service department themselves. My 25 Tacoma has 30000 highway. Miles on it. Currently, 15000 miles ago. I started noticing a tiny bit of rotor warpage. The weekend before I took it to toyota I was traveling on flat highway through New Mexico, going around a corner, going down a slight incline. And the adaptive cruise control, put the brakes on and my truck shuttered really bad. If it would have been on gravel roads, wet roads or icy roads. I probably would have lost control, so I took it to Toyota. They charged me a $138 to tell me that my rotors were slightly warped. And $500.00 to turn them that mite last 10,000 more miles, they also said my brake pads looked very good. My problem is I was driving down the highway with cruise control on for 6 hours. The brake should not have been hot. The adaptive cruise control has uses the brakes as much or more than I have. Toyota refused to do anything with the rotors at 30000 miles. I do not believe that the rotor should be warped period at this milage. I don't drive in the mountains. I don't pull trailers I simply drive 5000 a month on the highway. I do not ride my brakes or the cruise control would not work.I feel toyota should have stood behind the quality of the rotors that they install on the trucks. More

Recall work that forgot to hook up the connection to the radiator fan which caused the Tacoma to over heat. A service member walked me through a possible fix over the phone. I then found the disconnected radiator fan which caused the Tacoma to over heat. A service member walked me through a possible fix over the phone. I then found the disconnected cable and reattached it which restarted the fan. I hope there was no damage to the vehicle. More
