Horrible experience with the sales team. Process took way too long for no reason and no one including the managers had answers to any of the questions I had in regards to when the vehicle be Process took way too long for no reason and no one including the managers had answers to any of the questions I had in regards to when the vehicle being purchased was going to get fixed or when parts where coming in. Then after finalizing and signing all the finance paperwork I was informed by the sales associate Landous that he had lost the keys to the vehicle and I wouldn’t be able to take it home. He also didn’t bother to apologize for the inconvenience. Also no one bothered to call me the next day to let me know the answers to these questions or to even tell me they found the keys and I could come pick up the vehicle. I had to call and inquire about it myself. The only people that were actually helpful during this process were Brett in service and James in finance. I still have not received any calls from sales or management regarding the sale or answers to when the vehicle will be fixed and it’s been two days since I was there. I guess if I didn’t call, the vehicle would still be there just sitting on the lot for no reason. More
