I was to meet Coy Allen but he was busy with some one else when I arrived and can’t recall if I met him. Typical dealer game with numbers which consumes too much time. I was told car mats came with the vehicle during test drive but was told they don’t after purchase and getting the vehicle. I asked Godsen who did the work on me taking the car if I would get a discount on accessories so I could purchase for mats. He said he would check and get back to me the next day. He didn’t and I text him and he apologized and gave me a price. I responded with what type and no response until I text again the next day and he apologized and said he would order for me and let me know how to pay and where to pick them up. No response, so I am done with McDonough Nissan for anything else. I left a poor review on Google and received a call from GM (good for him) but he wanted to have a 3-way call with the person who made the promise and a manager. I said “No”, just ask the and make a decision. He didn’t like that and terminated the call. Enough said about how to create a positive customer experience. More

Trying to get the key was laborious. I still have to get it programmed on my own cost. Side note: Phone calls to dealership was somewhat impossible since most of the time end up reaching a voicemail that was full and could not leave a message and then hangs-up on you. Took more that 10+ calls to get this issue resolved and i still have to pay for the programming of the key. Very frustrating and disappointing experience for the purchase of a $32,500 vehicle. More
Prompt friendly service. We did it all online and I was in a rush and they made the transaction go very smooth with no problems. 😊 We did it all online and I was in a rush and they made the transaction go very smooth with no problems. 😊 More
