I reviewed so poorly because I drove over an hour to look at a car that was falsely advertised on the website. Not only was the car in poor physical condition, I was also told that the car did not even start at a car that was falsely advertised on the website. Not only was the car in poor physical condition, I was also told that the car did not even start earlier. Along with this issue, the salesman’s was persistent in a not helpful way. He would also tend to speak to me in a very condescending way which was not acceptable no matter how young I am. More

The vehicle is wonderful, but I did have a couple issues during the sell. While completing the paperwork, I asked my salesman did the vehicle have two keys. His response was, “yes sir”, it’s in the back, he during the sell. While completing the paperwork, I asked my salesman did the vehicle have two keys. His response was, “yes sir”, it’s in the back, he’d get it once we finish the paperwork. I replied great. Paperwork was then completed. I later find out that there was only one key fob. The salesman talked to his supervisor and told him the situation and his response to me was, your dealership was not required to have two keys for a used vehicle. He then told me he had a guy in forest park that could make me a spare key for about 400 bucks. I said, 400 bucks, I would have never completed that paperwork until we resolve the missing key fob. Not knowing that, i completed the paperwork purchasing the vehicle. completing the necessary paperwork, I went out to get my personal items from the vehicle I traded and started putting them in my new truck. While doing so I briefly breeze through the owners manual on the Tundra attempting to connect my iPhone to the new vehicle. The salesman came and told me he had to take the vehicle to the back to complete the detailing. I then let him do so while I waited. He brought vehicle came back and I then left your dealership. Once I got home, looked for the owner’s manual and it was missing from the glovebox. I looked inside the center console and found the sleeve to the manual but NO manual. I called the salesman back and advised him. He stated that he didn’t take the manual out of the vehicle, but he will look for it. He called back the next day (Saturday), and said he was unable to locate it. That made me pretty upset. This vehicle is a 2021 with only 6,100 miles on it, where’s the darn owners manual. In short I went on line, ordered a new manual and have an appointment Monday Aug. 15th at Nally Toyota @ Stonecrest to buy and program a new key fob. This is totally unacceptable. More
