The worst dealer experience. Thurston aka Uncle T. say he treat you like family, if that's the case I'm the family member he hate. The finance manager Jimmy is a liar. The sales Thurston aka Uncle T. say he treat you like family, if that's the case I'm the family member he hate. The finance manager Jimmy is a liar. The sales manager make is a scammer. They added extra services to my loan without my consent. I told them I'm using NMAC for the loan and they ran my credit with 3 other banks without my approval. I told them I want the lowest rate, which NMAC offer they did not do that. I asked about my loyalty discount I was told it is not offered. Jimmy lied and said it was offered on 2022 only, so not true. They didn't even have any 2022 for the vehicle I wanted. I called left messages and have a hard time getting a call back. New truck have damage they don't want to fix. Uncle T dance around questions he's ask rather than answering them. I'm very dissatisfied. More
