I normally don’t write reviews but the amazing service I received from Quentin Taylor and the team at McDonough Nissan is how customer service is supposed to be. Very professional, friendly, and made the whole experience fun! Me personally, I'd rather get a root canal without novocain than deal with car salesmen, but I have to admit, Quentin Taylor was genuine pleasure to work with wasn't pushy, easy to talk to and made the entire process painless enough that I would definitely buy another vehicle from here again!! After: inquiring about a vehicle that I wanted to purchase I was contacted by several different people who say they were working together they constantly text my phone had me to send copy of my licen purchase I was contacted by several different people who say they were working together they constantly text my phone had me to send copy of my license copy of my insurance copy of my paycheck copy of my residency and I never got a call back wheather my credit was good or bad after you had me to send all my personal identifying information the the least I could’ve gotten would’ve been a quarter piece of correspondence stating that it was not acceptable a return phone call or email I mean you have all my information. Not only were they unprofessional they called me late at night text me in the female she just was just rude this is one customer when I got good credit or bad credit you’ll never get More

I brought my vehicle in February 7 because my check engine light was on. The problem was a bad O2 sensor which I had replaced exactly one year ago. The part was ordered and I brought the vehicle back t engine light was on. The problem was a bad O2 sensor which I had replaced exactly one year ago. The part was ordered and I brought the vehicle back this morning for the repair which I was told would take about 2 hours. I arrived at 8:30am it is now 2:53pm and the repair is still not complete. This is by far the worst service visit that I have ever experienced. For it to take over 6 hours to get a repair which was supposed to be only 2 hours is unacceptable. More
