Bought my truck from this dealership, so when I had a technical issue with it, I brought it here first. The issue was intermittent, so I gave the service writer all of the relevant information about it t technical issue with it, I brought it here first. The service writer, seeming to not know the difference between “fixed” and “cannot duplicate concern”, informed me after day one that my truck was all fixed and ready to be picked up. When I asked what the cause was, they could not answer, and simply told me that “it’s not doing it right now”. After spending a few hours on multiple phone calls with Ford customer service, McFarland Ford opted to try again the next day and seemingly addressed the issue. When I arrived to pick up my truck, much to my distaste, I realized that my truck was left unlocked on the lot. The sales team did a very fair job at handling the situation overall, particularly providing me a loaner. The service department, however, was very lacking in multiple areas. More

Had a great sales rep (Tyler Stanley). He was very easy to work with and was eager to explain and demonstrate the functions on the BRONCO SPORT.
