Zero for customer service. Left voicemails with Nick and Andrew and never got called back. My insurance info was faxed to the wrong agency. That agent had the courtesy to call me to let me know. Why wasn’t Andrew and never got called back. My insurance info was faxed to the wrong agency. That agent had the courtesy to call me to let me know. Why wasn’t I told on day one that they needed the fax number for my agent? Three of the four Tacomas I’ve owned and my wife’s RAV4 came from McGee. My next Tacoma and my wife’s next RAV4 will not be from McGee. More

Great place if you want to be charged for things that don’t need to be replaced. 27,000 miles on my well cared for truck. FULL WARRANTY purchased. But apparently it needed 4 new tires that wore out LO don’t need to be replaced. 27,000 miles on my well cared for truck. FULL WARRANTY purchased.
