Dan Prescott is just the best. I had my car scheduled for service this weekend. Due to unusual circumstances, the amount of time to perform the LOF was longer than I could wait. Purchased new lease last week called several times. Advised them I would be in on Saturday at certain time to pick up registration and get sticker for new vehicle. Val was great. Very informative and was ready to help us. The wait to talk with finance took a little while but all in all we were there for 3 hours with the test drive, which is not bad at all.
