Numerous technical issues with their AI phone system aside, made an all-day drop off appointment for Friday. The service department failed to take my truck in during the morning schedule and then didn't aside, made an all-day drop off appointment for Friday. I called and left a message asking for a status update and received a call at 4pm asking if they can keep the truck another day to complete the service or i could take it that day with only party of the services completed This is the second time had problems with the service department since Mcgovern has taken ownership.
