Numerous technical issues with their AI phone system aside, made an all-day drop off appointment for Friday. The service department failed to take my truck in during the morning schedule and then didn't aside, made an all-day drop off appointment for Friday. The service department failed to take my truck in during the morning schedule and then didn't call me to let me know they're running behind. I called and left a message asking for a status update and received a call at 4pm asking if they can keep the truck another day to complete the service or i could take it that day with only party of the services completed This is the second time had problems with the service department since Mcgovern has taken ownership. I've been a customer for 13+ years and it's trending negative More
