I went to Rte. 2 Hyundai after looking at their inventory online. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Jermaine Phillips in the parking lot. I informed Jermaine that I had picked out the 2012 online. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Jermaine Phillips in the parking lot. I informed Jermaine that I had picked out the 2012 Veloster I was interested in online. He immeadiately offered me a test drive. The vehicle was everything I hoped it would be and more. We returned to the facility and began the purchase process. I was offered a very fair price on my trade in with little or no having to haggle on this issue. Throughout the process Jermaine was very helpful and informative. He was able to get me into my new vehicle with no hassle or problems. He is a great sales representative for this dealership and will have my recommedation for anyone who may be thinking about a new vehicle. When I was done with Jermaine he brought me to talk with Kevin Richardson about financing. Kevin did an excellent job finding a great rate for me and explaining all of the supplemental warranty information to me in a clear and thorough manner. None of this would have been able to happen without Samantha Kelly's initial communication. She knew what I was interested in and was helpful in connecting me with jermaine. I showed up at the dealership that day expecting to just test drive and find out further information on the vehicle. Two hours later I walked out owning my new Veloster. The process was very easy, complete and professional. Never once did I feel pressured to buy or make a decision I wasn't ready to make. Route 2 Hyundai has been the most pleasurable experience buying a car I have ever had. I will not hesitate to go back there to purchase another vehicle in the future. I will be sending everyone I know to speak to Jermaine!!!! More
This was a great dealership. After dealing with crappy dealerships that don't listen to needs and budgets this was a breath of fresh air. We had Jason Glenn come to us right away he was friendly and very knowledgeable. He listened to our price range and what we wanted. He took us to test drive several vehicles. He knew the features of the vehicles even though they were not Hyundai. He knew what they had for inventory in our range and did not try to push a more expensive car on us. When it came to negotiations they were very fair and helped bring the total cost down to a range that was good for us. They also offered a 3-year bumper to bumper warranty at a very fair price. After having frustrations with many Jeep dealerships I found the Jeep I wanted at Route 2 Hyundai. I would 100% recommend this dealership!!! Best part is you get to hit a gong after you buy! More
I had a wonderful experience once again while at Rt2 Hyundai. I wasn't planning on buying a new car the day I stopped in but the service was absolutely wonderful and Zac really helped me out with a grea Hyundai. I had a very positive experience at Route 2 Hyundai. From the minute I walked into the dealership, I was treated with a great amount of respect. Everyone is very friendly. First, I met with the General Manager of the dealership, Mikey Boccanfuso who was very welcoming. Next, I met with Jason Glenn, the sales representative who I worked with, and explained which vehicle I wanted to look at. Jason promptly had a vehicle ready for a test drive. While on the test drive, Jason explained the benefits and features of the 2012 Elantra GLS I was test driving. He was well educated on the vehicle and explained everything in detail. When we got back to the dealership, I was torn between the GLS and the limited as I was interested in having the benefits of the limited (moonroof,leather, heated seats) Jason explained what the differences would be payment wise, and the differences between the two vehicles. I ended up deciding to purchase a 2013 Elantra Limited. The application process was quick and while the sales desk/finance office was working with the banks, Jason took the time to go over all of the paperwork, including the warranty program, the vehicle booklet, satellite radio, and the bluetooth accessory. Once everything was approved, I signed the paperwork with Peter Eicholz, who explained everything in detail,and I was good to go. Peter was also great to work with. I generally don't take the time to fill out surveys, especially to this length, but I think it's important to give credit where credit is due. I have nothing but positive things to say about this dealership. I think most people would agree that nothing is more aggravating than being hassled and feeling pressured at a dealership, this dealership is nothing like that. They provided me with the information I needed to make the choice I felt comfortable with, and never once did I feel pressured to purchase a vehicle. I received a phone call 5 days after purchasing the car, to make sure I was satisfied. I couldn't thank them enough. I can truly say this is the best dealership experience I've had. I am very grateful for not only the customer service that I received, but the overall experience I had at Route 2 Hyundai. More

Very positive experience from the my first visit through pickup and delivery of my new car. This is my third Hyundai in my family and we have been delighted with the quality and value of the cars.
