I am pleased to provide my feedback for this dealership and sales rep, Hari. First of all, the dealership people are very kind and willing to help with all my needs. The best part is that the people at the and sales rep, Hari. First of all, the dealership people are very kind and willing to help with all my needs. The best part is that the people at the dealership are not very aggressive as average dealerships. I have a terrible experience with other dealerships where the sales rep treat customers as if we work for them. They increase their voice and tone to make the sale happen. At least this dealership doesn't have such pressure tactics. I took more than average time to find my dream car, and Hari was very patient in answering all my questions and providing the best deal. Initially, I wanted a different color, but I couldn't refuse the offer they gave me on 2020 RDX black. However, I couldn't get a good deal for my trade-in, but I can sell it independently. Moreover, they delivered my old car the next day. I would thank both Hari and his manager Elson for making my car purchase very pleasant. I hope the dealership/services will provide the same 5-star treatment when I go there for my first service. More
