Follow after the sale Horrible experience at this dealership. Initial experience was great until I signed my name. I turned in my 2015 TLX and leased a new RDX and was told Horrible experience at this dealership. Initial experience was great until I signed my name. I turned in my 2015 TLX and leased a new RDX and was told they would take care of my last few payments and mile overage ($800). I have tried to contact my salesman Brandon Fonk, he stopped texting me and no more responses. Then I contacted the manager Tre and was promised a call back. He didn’t return my call but Sam the GM did and said he would get this handled and that this type of thing happens sometimes. After promising me to take care of it 2 months later I’m still waiting for a follow up call from Sam. Acura financial hasn’t been any help either but I will not go away until this matter is resolved. It’s a shame because Acura has made a great product but it’s clear after the sale they are done with you until time to trade in again. Poor customer service, I was going to refer a friend to this dealership but not after how they cannot do something as simple as follow up with a customer after the sale. More

Buying my new RDX ASPEC My car buying experience couldn’t have been more pleasant. Ken, Tre and Sam of the sales team were awesome. They knew the color and featured car meant that the Sales GM would be giving up his dealer demo. The team gave the car a complete detailing and upgraded it with additional options. The price negotiation was more than fair and painless. Rick from Finance was personable and very helpful. Overall experience was fantastic. Ask for Ken or Tre and you will be treated great! Just good guys that have enthusiasm for their jobs and are truly excited about making your car buying experience a great one. More
