This place has changed for the worse. Also while I was waiting in the waiting room a mouse ran by which is disgusting. Never again will I buy or service my car at McGrath. Do not contact me at all. Stole my money! Recently returned a lease that I originated at McGrath Honda. The dealership sold me an excessive damage waiver at a cost of roughly $20/month that wo Recently returned a lease that I originated at McGrath Honda. The dealership sold me an excessive damage waiver at a cost of roughly $20/month that would waive up to $7,000 in damage when I return the vehicle. Several months before the end of my lease I called McGrath and spoke to Igor (said he was a leasing manager) to ask what I needed to do to address the few dings and scratches I had. He told me to just return the vehicle when scheduled to and the waiver would cover it. I asked him to send me a copy of my policy (could not find it with my original documentation). He said he would but I never received it. Long story short...I was billed for the damage that was supposed to be covered through this policy. Honda financial informed me that I would have needed to file a claim prior to returning the vehicle for it to be covered (but they could find no record of my coverage). When I called McGrath again to find out why I was given incorrect information they said they would have someone from their finance department call me. They never did. Repeated calls for them to mail or email a copy of my policy have gone ignored (I moved out of state so have been unable to go in person). I am starting to believe they pocketed the money I paid for the damage waiver and never submitted the policy premiums. More
