Brought a 2018 Pilot here to have a heater repaired. They correctly diagnosed the problem, gave me a free loaner, fixed it and called Honda to pay for the bill in spite of the warranty being expired. They correctly diagnosed the problem, gave me a free loaner, fixed it and called Honda to pay for the bill in spite of the warranty being expired. I should mention that (unfortunately) I did not buy the Pilot here so their professionalism and great service was an excellent experience. Note: Never buy a vehicle from Rohrman Schaumburg Honda. Although they couldn't get the air warmer than 28° from this heater they insisted this was normal and refused to fix while under warranty. Although I live closer to Schaumburg Honda I will recommend to everyone to drive the 10 minutes to McGrath Honda in Elgin. More
