In 2012, I went to buy out my lease. They told me I had to get the car "certified" and pay $2,500.00 for that privelege. They had my car at least 4 days. When they finally told me they were done with it, it was in the exact same sport where it was left. When I asked them for the paoerwork to see what they did to the car, they refused to show me anything. I called the dealership 4 or 5 times after that, even leaving messages for the GM, no response. I mentioned that what they did may be illegal, then I got a call back. They still refused to give me any paperwork, and from what I saw, they did absolutely nothing but take my money. I had to give 1 star, but 0 would be more appropriate. More
Family helped finance I bought a total of 13 cars from this dealership to do business. All of my cars got shut down due to recalls. The recalls last a long time because even after they announced it, they this dealership to do business. All of my cars got shut down due to recalls. The recalls last a long time because even after they announced it, they didn’t have remedies. When they got approved to fix, I brought all of my cars in. I had never offered shuttles or help to go back home. Throughout my countless trips to the dealership, I always had to either walk or generated helps from friends and family members. Once someone explained it to me that I may get drop off, I was excited to ask for help and without any explanation or solutions, Elgin Honda Services told me to wait 45 mins because there’s a line. I looked around and no one had been treated like this except me. I’m Asian and regardless how much business I gave this place, they treated me poorly. I did give them a zero on their service in one of the recalls and once I came back the service person retaliated me. Until now they have not offered any apologies but accused me of instigation the arguments about the shuttle service. All I heard was that they had nothing to do with Honda and I should be thankful that they helped me with the recalls. I can’t believe every month I pay about $6000 to this place and they treated me less than a homeless person walking into their doors. If you are not White, don’t shop here. That’s how I got treated becuase I’m not white. More

I felt Brian listened to me He was friendly He made it right with me with a free oil change for having to wait for my seat part a long time and having a very bad experience with service .
