Buyer beware of bait and switch practice at McGrath Honda at St Charles. I verified the year, model, features and color with their best offer price via text. Twice. The exchange at the dealership made me feel defensive, like I had to prove what was agreed (which I did since I had the texts) I wonder how often this practice occurs?? I had my car serviced on June 12, 2020. I was surprised to see that my service rep and some others in the service area were not wearing masks. This shows a real lack of the customer focus I have experienced in the past and the reason I have purchased my lat three vehicles at the St Charles dealership. More
