I have leased about 10 cars from McGrath over the last 8 years for my business. They are the best people to work with period. They have great follow-up and always addressed any issues ASAP. My wife and I knew exactly the vehicle and exactly the options we wanted. We worked with Julianne to locate the exact car that met our desired specifications and she was able to acquire it for us in shor options we wanted. She was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating to our needs and schedules. She even had a huge bow put on the vehicle when it was delivered since it was an anniversary present for my wife. I sent an email from the McGrath Lexus website to request information on several cars that I was interested in purchasing. Andy was courteous and attentive to several requests that I made that required him to research information on several different cars, extended warranties, and what it would take to certify a car on their website that was being offered for sale without certification. He provided me with all the information timely and was respectful of my concerns and answered my questions. I also had to contact him a couple of times after hours and he was prompt with his return calls. He also was respectful and considerate of the fact that I had to spend several hundred dollars to pick up the car because I live 220 miles away. When I arrived at the dealership he spent all the time I needed to explain all the features and options on my car. Andy is a professional who hasn't lost the human touch. I have been a Lexus customer since 1994. Andy made sure I became a McGrath Lexus Customer now and in the future. More

Robert Zuniga is the best service representative I have ever had through a Lexus dealer. I have had experience with other service reps and they were not as friendly and helpful as Robert. I visited McGrath Lexus of Chicago on May 5, 2011 and purchased a used 2003 Jeep Liberty. I inquired about the vehicle on the internet May 4th and Andy Miodynski contacted me promptly. He was very kind a purchased a used 2003 Jeep Liberty. I inquired about the vehicle on the internet May 4th and Andy Miodynski contacted me promptly. He was very kind and answered every question I had right off the bat. We scheduled to meet May 5th, his day off which I thought went above and beyond exceptional customer service, and I immediately was greeted by the staff and the car was clean and ready to go for a test drive. I fell in love with it and knew I wanted to purchase the vehicle. Andy completed the paperwork in a timely fashion and Frank Cowan in the finance department was very efficient as well. The only reason I gave a four for quality is that I would have liked the car detailed a little bit better than it was. The middle council wasn't cleaned very well and some of the small things weren't done. have liked the car detailed a little bit better than it was. I also noticed after the fact that the head phones for our rear entertainment system is missing the battery cover and is taped. Is there something we can do about that? Tape over the headphones isn't the prettiest. Again thanks and I'll definitely recommend your dealership. More
