Sabrina is the kind of person any company should want employed on the team. When our family vehicle broke down on vacation from out of state in the Ozarks, she sprang into action from first contact. Had it towed 40 miles to the dealership, got us into another vehicle right away, and worked late over the weekend to provide us with the highest level of service and support I’ve received from any business. We have had our vehicle serviced here for several years, since before it was McLarty Daniel. We have never had a bad experience. With prior mechanics, etc. I was nervous about my wife going by herself, but since before it was McLarty Daniel. We have never had a bad experience. With prior mechanics, etc. I was nervous about my wife going by herself, but I feel like I can trust this dealership to be honest with us. A service department's job is to make money for the company, if they don't make money they stop existing, but I feel like this group prioritizes the customer too, under the idea that if they do right by the customer, the customer will come back. In my case, they are right. We have bought 3 vehicles from this dealership and continue to get our GMC vehicles serviced there, even though I am sure I could get some of the work done at Walmart to save a little money. More
