Run, don't walk to a different dealer! First, the reason they get a 1 is because the website won't allow a 0 rating. Absolute WORST car buying experience I have ever had. WORST service I have ever heard of much less experienced. Bought the car on Jul 9th. Took it back on July 11th for service. Today is Sept 15 and I still dont have it back. Over 2 months and still dont have my car back. I put $7,000 down, have made 2 payments and not only do I not have it back, they don't even know where it is! No one has ever called me. The only time I speak to anyone is when I call them. The repair tech that was working on it quit. The salesman who I bought it from quit. Pretty clear indication of how the business is run, don't you think? I spoke with a sales manager back in July who sent an email entitled mad customer to the service manager. That got me a call and he said," I'll check into it and call you back". No call back yet. Same story with the customer service manager who was "going to get to the bottom of it" and call me back within a few minutes. No call back yet. Called back today and was told the manager is assisting another customer and I would have to leave my name and number for, you guessed it...a call back. Been an hour and no call yet. If today is like any other day, I won't get one. Dealership is absolutely terrible!! Customer service is non existent. So again, RUN don't walk to another dealrship!! I don't care how bad another dealer may be, I assure you it will be better than this one UPDATE Still no car but they have replaced the service manager. New mgr. is Ryan and is MUCH better! Still at the end of the day we're in our 3rd month waiting on a repair on a car we took back only 2 days after purchase More

New Staff = Incompetence I requested service here using the dealer’s online service request form and wrote exactly which recalls and service bulletins needed to be done to the I requested service here using the dealer’s online service request form and wrote exactly which recalls and service bulletins needed to be done to the vehicle. The advisor was then unable to locate the request and had to hand write the requested services again. Several hours later, I was notified that my vehicle was ready. When I inquired about what had been fixed, only 1 of the 3 listed items was even looked at. The entire staff has changed and everyone seems to be inexperienced. I’ve now switched to Crain and asked they recheck the recall work performed. More
Warranty Service I was living in California when the metal trim on all of the doors of my 2015 Acadia Denali had to be replaced. I moved to Arkansas six months later and the trim is coming loose on all of my doors. I went to McLarty Daniel Buick GMC in Bentonville. They were great. They honored the warranty and replace all the metal trim again. All the service department staff is the best. More

Above and beyond We purchased a used Ford Escape. The a/c was not working properly. Our salesperson, Brad, went above and beyond what we would expect from an "as is" c We purchased a used Ford Escape. The a/c was not working properly. Our salesperson, Brad, went above and beyond what we would expect from an "as is" car deal. Not only did he make sure the a/c was fixed, he had brake pads and new tires put on at no additional charge. Also had it detailed to showroom new. From the time we walked in the door till we were driving away with our "new" car, we were treated great. Will be back when it's time for another vehicle.
