Gave me poor advice on terminating my lease early I was given some bad advice from the sales rep who indicated that I would receive a trade in credit for the purposes of reporting sales tax if I purch I was given some bad advice from the sales rep who indicated that I would receive a trade in credit for the purposes of reporting sales tax if I purchased my car outright from the lease then traded it in. Turns out, the State disallowed that and ended up costing almost $2,000 more for my sales tax. I realize these folks are not sales tax experts, but I'd expect that they've been thru this process in the past and would have given better advice. Tried reaching out several times for a response, and never received a call back. More
