I brought in my new 2025 RAM 1500 Laramie for warranty work on four specific concerns, with an appointment scheduled for 8:00 AM. By 3:14 PM, I called for an update and was told that a technician still ha work on four specific concerns, with an appointment scheduled for 8:00 AM. By 3:14 PM, I called for an update and was told that a technician still hadn’t started work on my truck. I arrived at 3:38 PM to pick it up, and the service manager, Ty, confirmed they hadn’t gotten to it yet—despite the dealership being open until 6:00 PM. The issues I reported were not complex and should not have required a full day. While my purchase experience at McLarty Daniel was excellent, the lack of follow-through and communication from the service department was disappointing. Based on this experience, I won’t be purchasing another vehicle from this dealership. I agree with other reviews: the service department needs serious evaluation and improvement. I recommend bringing in an outside consultant to help raise the bar on customer service. More

Daniel truely made this car buying journey easy and comfortable! He made the whole process honest and down to earth! I was shopping for a car for my daughter and I always dread dealerships because of the salesmen pressure. He was honest and didn’t pressure me at all. He answered all my questions and let me explore the car without pushing the sale. He was so kind to wait for my daughter to come from another state to get to the dealership that day to see the vehicle. He ensured it had a full tank of gas even though it was pouring rain horribly. He even made sure I had his cell and texted me to tell us his whereabouts while we were gone home to wait for my daughter to arrive but would return shortly. She loved the car!!! Daniel was very gentle and kind with her! He was patient with her explaining everything to ensure she understood the papers she signed. He kept the whole process stress free!! She’s only 22 and making her first car purchase, and the biggest purchase she had ever made! He made the process smooth and pain free and I am thankful he was our salesman!!
