The reason why I’m giving this a decent review, and not completely negative, is because thanks to a manager by the name of Chris. He was the reason why I didn’t walk out of that door that day. That’s obvious. Are they ready to help YOU? No. Did we get a decent deal? I would say somewhat, yes. But the process we had to go through to get to that point was unnecessary and a complete inconvenience to myself and my family. Would I recommend dealing with a dealership such as this one? No. Unless you don’t really care about your hard-earned money, then by all means; just come here. They’re definitely ready to not save you money and buy at MSRP pricing. I will tell you this, our sales associate did know his truck pretty well, inside out. But maybe he’ll learn actual customer service down the road. More

They were very courteous, concise, and patient with me. They respected my time and answered all of my questions. Brian with management was also very keen on making a deal with me. They were fighting to have my business, and were willing to make some sacrifices on the pricing. I was also fairly surprised when Patrick was able to help lower my interest rate even further. When everything was said and done, I managed to receive significantly more on my trade, as well as saved a lot of money on what I consider a very luxurious truck. More

It was a pleasure meeting Ryan in the service department when I paid for the new tires, and Patrick flew us through the paperwork process quick and easy. I gave these guys all 5 star ratings and hope to see them again next time I’m at the dealership. Lisa got a lower rating simply because of our first impression. We only met with Lisa to order the new tires. She did the job she was asked to do; however, she came across as miserable with her job and unfriendly. More

Richard the guy that runs your credit. The one on the sales floor is Terrible with people. Makes snide comments and comes across Arrogant and rude. Had all paperwork filled out was waiting on finance paperwork when he told me. And he told me he was still waiting on a couple banks. So he made an assumption before knowing the facts. After all that I looked into it it was able toFind a way to make it work. Had it not been for Steve and Fallon I would’ve never came back and bought the truck. I have never had an experience like that ever. More
