The service department is horrible. I scheduled an appointment for 10:00, showed up at 09:30 and checked in. At 12:00, I still havent seen my vehicle and no one came out to talk to me. I went to the service counter and spoke with the advisor to get an update about my vehicle. The advisor went to the shop and came back to tell me it was going to be another 1.5 - 2 hours longer before they could get to my vehicle because they were short handed. I left with my vehicle not being serviced and my entire morning being wasted. Also, all of the advisors have poor customer service skills and act annoyed when someone comes to the counter. More

I was promised a repair tile of 3-4 hours and it became a little over 4 days. They then agreed to driver my vehicle to me and I discovered when I got an alert from my GPS tracker when I got home that my truc little over 4 days. After review of my dash camera footage, those speeds were reached in a 60MPH zone. In Arkansas this is a Class-C misdemeanor. I tried reaching the service manager and the general manager but was never contacted back. I was actually told by the lady answering the phone that the GM doesn’t deal with these kinds of calls…… do better and don’t use your customer’s vehicles in the commission of a crime! More
