My tire rotation service was fine. I was disappointed in the provided inspection, considering I knew that both my brakes and passenger CV axle boot needed replaced. Traded in my 2500HD pickup for a newer Ram 1500. After less than 2 1/2 weeks I didn't really feel comfortable with the Ram. I called my salesman and asked if he could give me something close to the After less than 2 1/2 weeks I didn't really feel comfortable with the Ram. I called my salesman and asked if he could give me something close to the price I paid for the Ram if i were to come in and get an upgrade. He called me back a few hours later and said they would give me $8,000.00 LESS than what I paid. This was even after I had new tires put on ($1,000.00) and windows tinted (345.00). I could understand 1500 - 2000 difference but not $8000.00. I know there are more reputable dealers out there that will even do a 30 day return policy. I guess this is why this dealership will NEVER be more than a 1.5 star review on yelp with so many people having bad experiences here. I would definitely advise anybody thinking of purchasing a vehicle to AVOID this dealership at all costs. More
