Not to fun Went in for oil service. It took 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge I was there. While in the process of setting up the service for my vehicle Went in for oil service. It took 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge I was there. While in the process of setting up the service for my vehicle they informed me that there is a recall that needs to be performed and it will be done after the oil service. I called the service department 2-3 hours later to see if my vehicle was ready and they informed me that they could not find my vehicle. The person that picked the phone up did not give his name and his attitude was not all that friendly. He said he would call back once he finds my vehicle. I did not receive a call back from him yet did from someone else sum 45 minutes later saying that my vehicle was ready. For a service department that is not all that big I find it strange that they could loose my vehicle. Not sure I will be taking my Jeep back for a service anytime soon. More
