There was an issue with the wipers not working properly, they bumped into each other. A sales guy told me to wait till it rains for them to work correctly. He was wrong!! I love the selection here and the mechanics here are extremely knowledgeable. Now with that being said the transparency to the customers is extremely poor. I made a commute from Joplin, Mo to Bentonvill extremely knowledgeable. Now with that being said the transparency to the customers is extremely poor. I made a commute from Joplin, Mo to Bentonville to have my challenger worked on following a scheduled appointment to be waiting for well over an hour. I spoke with serveral people telling me they will pull my vehicle inside and I proceeded to wait for service with my car for another half hour. Service management said I could then wait with my vehicle while it was being worked on. Ty asks me to wait out in the lobby for my vehicle after numerous people have me permission to wait with my vehicle and the mechanics servicing it. Then laughs at my frustration when I try to explain I’ve tried to get my car in for 45 minutes following my early arrival to my appointment. I am currently waiting outside filing this after the interaction. I feel as if this whole appointment and communication has been a terrible experience and will not be using the service here again after this. Customer service is poor. “Ty” is rude. More

I was told I could get an oil change and tire rotation in two hours, while I waited. 3 hours later I checked with the adviser and they hadn't started. Ordered a seatbelt to replace a broken one on my Wra two hours, while I waited. 3 hours later I checked with the adviser and they hadn't started. Ordered a seatbelt to replace a broken one on my Wrangler. Was told the seatbelt would be in by Tuesday the following week and they made me an appointment for 7:30 am. Monday evening I called to see if my part was in; it was not. They pushed my appointment to Wednesday. Called then Wednesday morning, and of course the part still wasn't there. Not even a call to give me a heads up that the part didn't arrive either time. They pushed my appointment to today for the seatbelt replacement and an alignment, knowing I was trying to get this done before a long trip the following day. I dropped my vehicle off almost 2 hours earlier than my appointment; I already had trust issues from our previous dealings.. Called multiple times and left messages asking for an update on my vehicle. I finally spoke to Ross at nearly 5pm, who told me that in the 6 hours they had my vehicle, they did absolutely nothing and I needed to come pick-up my vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership I was not at all happy. I asked to speak to the Service Manager. Shortly they came back and asked for me to give them time to at least put my seatbelt on. Reluctantly, I agreed. After several minutes they came back to inform me that they ordered the wrong seatbelt. This is the exact same level of service I have come to expect from Mclardy Daniel's since I've had my Jeep and before, when I had my Ram. Hands down the worst service, communication, reliability, and customer service I ever remember having the unfortunate opportunity to be on receiving end of. My recommendation is that you don't waste one minute of your time trying to get service from this dealership. More
