Our salesperson, Jeremy Jackson, was very knowledgeable and helpful. His manager, Shawn Smith, is the most rude person I have ever had to deal with. To be specific, when I pointed out that tires were needi and helpful. His manager, Shawn Smith, is the most rude person I have ever had to deal with. To be specific, when I pointed out that tires were needing replaced on a used 2024 Mercedes GLE350 to Jeremy, he referred me to Shawn. Shawn sighed and rolled his eyes when I disputed his “20% remaining tread” on the tires and asked him if he would look at it with me. I pointed out to him that steel belts were visible on the inside of the tires and he said, “the tread depth gauge shows 20% life left”. He was pretty upset when I told him when using a tread depth gauge on a tire, you measure at the lowest point, not the highest. He blamed that on his technician even though Shawn had a depth gauge in his hand at the time. We refused the car and noticed later that the dealership had installed new tires on it. We eventually bought the car in spite of Shawn rude comments and actions. This sale would not have happened without Jeremy being so nice and understanding. Tim M Fayetteville AR More

Best car buying experience I have had in a long time. From the dealership to the people - my experience was absolutely amazing. I pulled in and was immediately greeted by Jay. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very attentive. Within in the first 5 minutes of my visit we were on a test drive and going through all of the stats of the car. The application, trade-in process, and approval went very smooth and speedy. Jay introduced me to each person I had to deal with along the purchase journey and everyone went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. Tyler in finance was knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly fast. There is nothing I hate more than spending an entire day at at dealership and I was in and out in no time. Monte was amazing, he introduced himself and made me feel welcome. I would say that Jay, Monte, and Tyler made me feel like family.
