Maynard was great, he was very patient and knowledgeable, they haha e a great inventory to show, however the financing waiting was too long, could use maybe an additional staff member, as they were short for they haha e a great inventory to show, however the financing waiting was too long, could use maybe an additional staff member, as they were short for the amount people waiting. I had let them know in advance that we needed to be out by a certain time and they kept us letting us know it will be a moment. A recommendation, communication is key, just be honest and let people know if will be a while, so clients can come back at a later time or set up an appointment to finalize everything instead on having people wondering around.
