My Titan broke down 1300 miles from home. After spending nearly $3k for repair, it was still doing the same thing. After talking to Paul at MD, I decided to have it transported back to AR fro After spending nearly $3k for repair, it was still doing the same thing. After talking to Paul at MD, I decided to have it transported back to AR from Jackson Hole (another $2500)! They went through everything carefully to find the problem (rather than just telling me I need a new transmission). Just picked it up yesterday and it’s running like new! I feel they were as fair as possible on the cost and I certainly felt they were concerned about everything I had been through. Wish the breakdown had happened closer to home and I could have gone directly to MD to start with. Could have saved over $6k! Paul, Hunter and crew were great! I’ll definitely check with MD first for my next vehicle. More
