They have damaged my car and won't fix it I took my car in to get it cleaned. It came back with scratches and rub marks. When confronted they denied it and try to give a bandaid fix. Then I had to take it in to get a sensor fix and oil change and tire rotation. They only fixed the sensor. Had to bring it back for oil change and tire rotation. and the denied that I had asked for the oil change and tire rotation. Be t I had told 5 different employes of it before being it in. More

It had its momentsd I arrived at McLarty Nissan at a preselected appointment time with Doug Steele. I should have made my appointment with a Car Saver specialist (Walmart I arrived at McLarty Nissan at a preselected appointment time with Doug Steele. I should have made my appointment with a Car Saver specialist (Walmart), there was a bit of confusion on what I had as far as benefits from McLarty for being a Walmart Associate. I had to go back to Walmart Home Office so I could find my discounts as Doug stated discounts were not available for Unlimited Warranty. I called Car Saver, they made contact with Rod Ayers. Rod contacted me and then met me at Nissan. I explained the situation, I handed my printed details of my discounts and Rod advised Doug on the details of the discounts. I was shown two vehicles, I chose one over the other but really wanted a vehicle that was on the McLarty Internet Sales, I Ricardo that I wanted to see the vehicle and he left for about ten minutes and he returned to say the vehicle was unavailable. As I was waiting for him to return I had submitted to the Internet sales, requesting availabiltiy of the vehicle. After Ricardo stated it was sold, I received an email stating it was available. I was a bit confused then upset as I felt I had been lied to. I called Rod, he apparently called Ricardo as Ricaro stated the vehicle was on another lot. Rod came over again to speak to me. I know people are busy so I appreciated Rod coming to see me. Rod explained how the vehicles are spread out on the McLarty lots and that Ricardo was told it was "sold" but in fact the other lot was not being truthful. To me that is an internal issue that should be fixed within McLarty. After all was said and done, my experience was harrowing at moments but speaking to Rod helped. Honestly, some of what I have heard about McLarty's negative experiences for Walmart Associates happened but I hope they will become better in the future. I did not receive the gift cards Rod told Doug I should receive. So maybe I will at a future time. One more thing, Ricardo should probably not be taking personal calls while working with individuals, as I was not an huge spender, I still wanted to feel like I mattered. I do like me vehicle, thank you for that! More

Andy was awesome! we were actually at another dealership about to sign a deal when we saw this van online and a friend told us about it. It was already 7 PM and they were going to be closing in an hour, and I didn’t know if they would even be able to match the deal I was getting at the other lot. Andy, and the general manager, Scotty, stayed late and kept their lights open for us. They not only matched our deal, but they made sure that we felt comfortable with what we were getting and they stayed late so that we could make sure that our family’s needs are met. I was able to get a better van, better price, and feel comfortable that I was getting a warranty for my power train for seven years that only their dealership offered.
