There was a high level of responsiveness without any pressure. They found the vehicle we wanted at another dealer, arranged to have it brought in, and gave us a similar demo vehicle to drive while we waited for it to arrive. When I arrived at the dealership I looked over my new 2017 RAV4, test drove it, signed all the papers, and wrote them a check. Brandy was honest and made sure that I knew about any/all blemishes on the vehicle prior to my arrival. I love my RAV4 and would drive 3 1/2 hours to work with Brandy at McLarty Daniel again.
