I knew what I wanted and had my own financing in ready. I had a great experience negotiating a price before I went to the dealership. When I showed up to pick my truck up I had a great experience. I was nervous because I live 2 hours away but everything went great. When I got home I found a minor issue that I wanted addressed. The sales manager offered me a loaner if dropped off my Titan for service and had some deliver the truck to me in Springfield MO. And it was dropped off with a full tank of gas!
