The Best of the Best! My husband and I have purchased many cars from McLarty Daniel Nissan and each time, it is one of the most positive experiences we could hope for. Ever My husband and I have purchased many cars from McLarty Daniel Nissan and each time, it is one of the most positive experiences we could hope for. Everyone who works there is the absolute best! This most recent car was an early birthday present so I got to pick it out. I chose the Murano because not only is a gorgeous car but it had every bell and whistle (and then some) that I could ever want. But the buying experience wouldn't be the same without the folks who helped us. Our sales guy was and is Josh Davis. He has been our go-to guy for a couple of purchases we have made. This young man is so impressive in his knowledge but also in his customer service skills. He answered every single question we had (and there were a lot!) with a smile on his face. He spent no less than an hour going over everything on my new car, showing me how it works and what it does. When I left the lot, I was pretty comfortable with my Murano. Honestly, I want to adopt him! The finance guru is Jorge. We have worked him for several years and he is on top of his game. Jorge made sure we got the best financing available, answered all of our questions, and did the paperwork - which there is a bunch - in a very timely manner. He is so friendly and just a great guy! In management, we had the pleasure of working with two outstanding gentlemen, Marty Kellum and Clark Christie. Both of these men are so easy to work with, and did not back down when the answers weren't what we wanted to hear. They gave us first class attention and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or Josh or Jorge to anyone looking for a car. I know we will be back. After all we are serious repeat buyers! The Nissan brand is one we trust and the style of their cars is very modern and sleek. But it is the dealership and those who work there that will bring us back again and again! More

Irritating waste time The Salesman is good and trying to do his best, but what was irritating that after signing the contract and took the 50% down payment of the car the i The Salesman is good and trying to do his best, but what was irritating that after signing the contract and took the 50% down payment of the car the issue pop out. This dealership took one week to provide a second key for the car I purchased plus another additional paper work to submit that take them one week to tell us that we need this requirement which we never been us from other dealership that we just purchase our truck last year and fully paid now. Why they don't tell what the real status of the transaction or they only have one key for the car during the negotiations. Plus when the set the time to go back to this dealership, it took us minutes.... And waste our time there. Need to manage how deal your transaction as how you deal your business before and after the sales, that is how you make a good customer service. More
