Unfortunately after loosing 3 hour work day, signing everything but the last one signature on the iPad, I got denied. I don’t understand after all the hard work they do this. It’s like a carrot dangling and taken away. I am very upset with the way it got handled, everyone deserves an opportunity and I fully understood that most things might have been higher due to credit but I was ok with that, this is unprofessional and a advantage taken by the associates to have my father sign as he was there for just moral support and ensure his name was taken off my trade in. I have made all the payments to Nissan on time and I am half way thru it. Very disappointed and my father and myself will look elsewhere to get another vehicle when needed.
