McLarty Nissan is the absolute best dealership I have ever dealt with. Matt Jones, Curtis Ware, Chris Fertig, and SaVanna Gillbreth were the people I interacted with throughout the process, and I couldn' ever dealt with. Matt Jones, Curtis Ware, Chris Fertig, and SaVanna Gillbreth were the people I interacted with throughout the process, and I couldn't be happier these people are truelly amazing at what they do! From start to finish, the entire experience was top-notch. The sales team, and management were knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect truck. The financing options were also presented in a clear and concise manner, making the process smooth and absolutely stress-free. I was impressed with the level of customer service I received, and the attention to detail shown by everyone at the dealership. The truck was in excellent condition and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend McClarty Daniels to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. Five stars all around! More

We arrived at the dealership with the Murano we had chosen online waiting at the door for our test drive and the paperwork waiting to be finished. The extra benefit of leaving our Rogue there for a tune up and oil change after completing the paperwork on the Murano made this an even better experience. The whole visit including, test drive, paperwork, and setting up service on the older vehicle took around 90 minutes, you just can't beat that! More

In December I bought a used truck from McLarty Daniel Nissan. During the test drive, the truck was solid, but as soon as I drove it off the lot it began to make very loud grinding noises from the front a Nissan. During the test drive, the truck was solid, but as soon as I drove it off the lot it began to make very loud grinding noises from the front axle. My friend and I began to diagnose problems and work on it, and we planned on fixing the problem ourselves. Feeling like I had been sold a lemon and dissatisfied with the experience, I left a negative review. My phone rang off the hook, and after coming back to the dealership, they assured me that this would be taken care of as long as I took my negative review down. At first it seemed like a good deal. EJ and the dealership hooked me up with a rental to drive for free while they were supposed to diagnose and fix the problem, and return to me a fully functional truck like when I test drove and bought it. Jump forward to a month and there is no word on my truck. By the end of January, I had to call often to try to get an update, only to be told that they “just started working on it” or “had to order the parts” or “the parts are at a different location today.” Finally, I was told over the phone that the repairs would be $2300 and they wanted to know if I would pay half. I obviously said no because I did not test drive and purchase this vehicle expecting it to cost $2300 as soon as I drove out of the parking lot. This was met with an “okay, we’ll see what we can do”. After a week, radio silence still until I called the dealership. Now they told me that they will not fix it unless I pay them $800. After meeting with Jason, I was informed that this was more than fair because I was sold the truck as-is. You can definitely see the merit to this side of the argument, however I don’t know why these people would waste 2 months of my time only to censor my reviews and ask me for money after saying they were going to make things right. If you’re looking for a place that treats customers like numbers and not next door neighbors you found it. They will do anything to protect their reputation and make an extra buck. Not having $800, I took my damaged truck back. After 2 months of being told it would be done “any day now”, they never ordered the parts or made any repairs. I told Jason that because our deal was off, I would post another review. This was met with gaslighting and being told that leaving a review is “holding him hostage”. All I want is for you reading this to not be the next victim. Some people, like EJ, were very pleasant to work with, however the whole process to me seemed like they never were willing to make things right, and they waited a span of 2 months to demand $800 because they figured I would be ready for this to be over with. By the way I bought all the parts for $400, so I’m not sure where their original $2300 came from. Careful out there. Don’t be tricked by a smile and a polo shirt, these guys just want your hard earned cabbage. More
