They didn't screw anything up or steal anything, were polite They didn't break anything, didn't dirty my car up, did what they were supposed to do and didn't try to upsell me. I Can Always County on McLarty I have been shopping at McLarty Honda (and its predecessors) for 20 years or more - buying a new car every two years. A Honda is pretty much a Honda, I have been shopping at McLarty Honda (and its predecessors) for 20 years or more - buying a new car every two years. A Honda is pretty much a Honda, so service is very important to me. For years, I had the good fortune to have Roy Spiller available to take care of my service needs. I trusted Roy - if he said I should have this service done or that service done, I did it. Jason Spiller is the Service Manager - he is just about as good as his dad was. All the service writers are pleasant, well trained, etc. I will continue to use McLarty Honda. More
Years of Service and.... I've taken my car to McLarty Honda for the same problem three times within a year. When I took my car in this last visit, I stated I was STILL experi I've taken my car to McLarty Honda for the same problem three times within a year. When I took my car in this last visit, I stated I was STILL experiencing an oil leak problem. Once they looked at it the service tech called and said the issue with the oil leak was from a part I had already replaced. The service tech later called and said the service manager would take care of replacing that part this time. They ordered the parts and kept my car overnight. I received a call the next day stating the car was ready. I picked it up, drove it home, and the oil light came on. Yet another trip I had to make for an issue with the oil. As it turned out, they never put any oil in my car after working on it for an oil leak. I have a 2003 Honda Accord and all of my service has been done at the dealership. The service I’ve received since it’s become McLarty is not as it was when it was Bale. The service tech (Dillon) is a great guy, very nice and he knows me when I pull up (first and last name). He and I laugh when I come because I always tell him, I come here way too often, you know me by name when I pull up. More
