I had a transmission problem with my 2017 Camaro. It turned out to be something rather minor, but it had me worried. Don Cohan was the person that helped me through this. He is a real nice man. The next time I come in I will ask for him. He is extremely nice and has a great sense of humor. His wife can take my car for a spin any time. Take care Don.

"BAD BUSINESS ETHICS!"

Never buy a vehicle from them if you want good customer service after the purchase!! They sold us a truck without an operable spare key. My husband lost the working key when he was over 3 hours from home. Drove him the spare only to find out McLaughlin never programmed it. We had to leave the truck and drive home until we could get in touch with someone at McLaughlin for help. They offered nothing to help us pay the costs due to their negligence. The were going to make us pay to tow the car an additional 30 miles to the closest dealer and that they would only pay to get the key programmed. Something that should have been done when we bought it!! The owner Paul McLaughlin even had the audacity to tell me he isn't helping pay for any other costs since it wasn't his fault my husband lost the working key in the first place and he asked me why I don't have AAA. What a DISGRACE! Who sells someone a vehicle with a key that doesn't work?? Then not even apologize or offer to help with the costs and inconvenience! BAD BUSINESS!

I met Glenn Smith in 2012. We bought a 2012 Equinox from him/McLaughlin. In 2015 we needed another vehicle so we came back to Glenn & bought a 2015 Captiva. We are very pleased with both vehicles, McLaughlin and most importantly Glenn Smith. If I ever need another vehicle, I will definitely go to Glenn Smith.

"Arogant, rude disrespectful "

I have never met a more disrespectful, , rude,arogant self serving sales manager. Who said aND Iquote "I'm tiered of people bringing thier pieces of xxxx here, get it off my lot""the car was taken there on a recall, set up by Chevrolet inspector who set it up with the district manager this sales manager wouldn't even call district manager to check. Just.and I quote again ""lady I don't give a xxxx who set up what !! A horror of a human being who could give a xxxx about what's wrong with your car and"" if your not going to buy anything get out "" I have a very nice Monty carlo This un gentlemanly person's name is STEVE! So buyers. and people who need thier car servesed BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!
