Went in for a battery replacement (recall), and the service dept there, while they didn't have all the answers immediately, made sure to take care of everything as rapidly as was possible. The line workers do the best with what they got, and while the service could have benefitted from some better planning on all sides, it got done same day and seems to have been done professionally. In the past, the car was clean upon return (vacuumed and trash free). This time it was dirty- not vacuumed, with additional trash inside).
