The sales department is great but the service department is terrible! I went I for a scheduled oil change and they told me an hour, even an hour for a scheduled oil change is a long time. So I waited the hour and went to the receptionist desk and asked what’s going on, she said she would find out and get back to me, and never did. So I waited another 30 minutes and went and told them I want my car back, the receptionist said I can go back and talked to the service lady so I went back and told her I wanted my car back and she said let me check on it she went back and came back up and said they were changing the filters, I asked what filters she said the air and cabin air filters, I said I didn’t ask for that I wanted an oil change, she told me she would have my car out right now so I waited up front for another 18 minutes and they are ready to give me a bill. So I left five minutes shy of being here 2 hours for a scheduled oil change and when I got in my car some stuff that was in my middle console was in my cup holder so they were rummaging in my car. I have been taking my car here for a long time and have never had this problem before with Kayla but I will not be coming back here and recommend you don’t either. Very unprofessional service department More

I always had reservations about visiting dealerships, avoiding the stress of having to deal with sales representatives focused more on making the sale than listening to and understanding the customer nee avoiding the stress of having to deal with sales representatives focused more on making the sale than listening to and understanding the customer needs. This was not the case with Nick, walking into McLoughlin, greeted at the door with a smile and welcoming reception. I purchased a vehicle that day but I purchased a vehicle I wanted at a price less than I anticipated all thanks to Nick and his team. He made the process so easy.....stress and hassle free.......not what I was use to when visiting dealerships..........5 stars in exceeding my expectations when it came to customer service to Nick. More
