He promptly called me and answered all questions that I had - then stayed late so I could come and test drive the tr truck and requested information. I was told that a back light would be ordered but it wasn't. Instead I was asked to prepay for the light before it could be ordered. Went to this dealership to get a control board for a heating and cooling system replaced. I had waited about two months for the part to arrive probably because of covid. Kelsea called me the next day and got me scheduled to bring in my truck. Kelsea got me signed in and told me about how long I would have to wait and asked if I was staying or going somewhere to wait. I told her I was going to wait there. The truck was completed on time, and I left soon after. Except for the part arriving late, everything else was great. I have been taking my vehicles there for 23 years now. More
