Horrible communication. I brought my car in to look at a specific problem, and to be alerted if that wasn't the issue. A week goes by without hearing ANYTHING. When I call the dealership, I was informed tha specific problem, and to be alerted if that wasn't the issue. A week goes by without hearing ANYTHING. When I call the dealership, I was informed that almost $600 worth of tests had been done on my car without my authorization. Then once the issue was figured out I was given a price. When I came to confirm the final price after the parts had been replaced, was told a price that was about $250-$300 more because you guys had "forgotten" or "didn't write down" that both sides had to be done, not just one. Horrible service and I will be taking me business elsewhere. I have always loved Chevy and GM brands, but I'm not sure after this experience. More
