Jacob was awesome, we developed good repport/ camaraderie right away he was a gentleman and a good personable salesman, he did a great job; the finance department however straight up lied to me about insuran right away he was a gentleman and a good personable salesman, he did a great job; the finance department however straight up lied to me about insurance coverages that cost extra and said I had to have them no choice even though I said no. but when I called Ally the next day they said no it's just insurance and you can cancel. The manager/owner answer my call and took care of me right away and refunded me the services I didn't need and was prompt, efficient and courteous just like Jacob was. The finance man, David Karner (business manager was title) was both pushy and a liar. I would say fire him if I had a say in it but give Jacob Chastain a promotion and a raise he was the greatest....best regards, Taran Crocker More
