Tristan is the sales guy we spoke on the phone for 2 weeks. I understand that every car have added the market mark up fee. He said their dealership mark up is $7500 at the moment. When we spoke on the phone he didn’t clarify the best number would it be. Only said their owner/ manager would love to discuss it in person. I mentioned that other dealership would do $2,000 on the bolt EUV which is the one I wanted. He said we can beat it or match it at least (ps why would I stop by and waste our time if you can’t even match it) So I schedule an appointment. When I show up on the date, Tristan is busy and his manager “Adam” is the one who serve us instead. After long talk, test drive, and finally, the financial step. We are going smoothie until the last step. When I mentioned Tristan promise the mark up can beat/ match $2000. He is like” I don’t care who you talking with but you are now with me. “Adam” is hella mad and go ask “Tristan” if he promise that price. After he return from his office “Tristan never said that and the best we can do is 4-5k and you guys have a good day” (with the GTFO tone) What a great game with the the phone operator sales and manager. My experience at the service department was not the best. Dropped car off Tuesday night 12/13/22 for an appointment at 9 a.m. on Wednesday 12/14/22. I was told I would receive a call around 3 p.m. on Wednesday with an update, no call. I called around 4 to get information, I was told there were others ahead of me and that my car got started around 1 p.m. (9 a.m. appt.). I understand "things happen" but to not get a call with an update, even to tell me they started late is frustrating. Good thing I didn't need the car back until Thursday evening, because I had to call Thursday afternoon around 3 to get an update, still no call from Dealer. Bottom line, very poor communication. More
