They did not listen to me when I gave me the KBB trade in price which was $2,500 higher than they gave me for my trade in. I had only had the car I traded in for two days and I requested they give the the K price which was $2,500 higher than they gave me for my trade in. I had only had the car I traded in for two days and I requested they give the the KBB trade in value. I had only had the ther car for two days and was trading it in at a loss and gave them the paper work I had showing the purchase price. I think they should include listening to the customer when they trrain their employees. Also, I never received acknowledgement from AARP for purchasing the car through their tracer program even though I completed the purchase. More
