I would not recommend this dealer for service on your vehicle. My main issue is they didn't take my vehicle on a sufficient test drive after repairs. I was left stranded on the side of the road twice after having my car "fixed" here. They either knowingly or negligently allowed me to leave the dealership with a faulty transmission after a transfer case repair. Either way it was obvious to me once I drove away there was still an issue. But instead of telling me about it, they let me figure it out on my own.Quotes for my repairs were also inaccuracate even the one the service manager wrote up. Update: unfortunately I had to reduce my two star rating. This is due to the fact that my car broke down again less than 48 hours after McLaughlin Chevrolet replace my transmission. I happen to be right outside of suburban Chevrolet in Sandy so I was able to pull into their service department. They showed me that whoever replaced my transmission damaged the axle while doing so it looks like they beat on it with a hammer which caused my speed sensor to go out and also my control arms were bent and damaged with stripped bolts beyond repair. Make no mistake McLaughlin Chevrolet did that to my vehicle. I reached out to them so that they can try to make it right and I was told since I didn't bring it to them they wouldn't help me at all.
